I modified a few steps but it worked out great. I decided to boil and shred the choice of meat (chicken) before everything else. Still very scrumptious! I had a Filipina friend in elementary school whose family would make me pancit and I wanted to refresh my memory. The noodles were not as thin as I remember, and I had to add a LOT of extra fish sauce to make it taste the way I remember and revive that nostalgia :)

Instructions were perfect and easy to follow. I added chopped green beans and carrots alongside chicken. It was amazing! This was a special treat and worth it.
