Very large croissants with plenty of filling. These guys are beautifully layered and a few minutes in the oven makes them perfectly crisp on the outside. These are the best almond croissants I’ve had in a very long time.

Bakeries around here sell out of almond croissants on a regular basis, so much so that I have to settle for a second rate bear claw or get to baking. I'm elated to say that I've found a source for really good almond croissants! I'll be back.
